Immune Boosting Juice

We all want something quick easy and more effective drink which will help to boost our immunity and give us more benefits. This Pandemic and COVID taught us the importance of a healthy and strong immune system.

With this note today I'm sharing my favorite and easy-to-make immunity-boosting juice recipe. This recipe contains Orange which is a rich source of Vitamin C, Carrot, and anti-inflammatory Ginger.

More importantly, this drink is Non-alcoholic, Sugar-free and Vegan.

Ingredients

  • 7 oranges (or Fresh orange juice 1 cup)
  • 4 carrots
  • 2.5 inch fresh ginger
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the oranges. Squeeze the juice or use a juicer.
  2. Wash, peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
  3. Peel the ginger.
  4. Add the orange juice, carrots and ginger to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
  5. Pour over ice cubes and serve immediately.
